Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return / exchange, your item must be in its original condition that you received it, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 7 days of your purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method). You will receive the credit within the card issuer's published time period.
Exchanges
We only replace / exchange musical instrument or musical equipment items & accessories if they are defective or damaged. In the case of clothing or apparel, if your item is in like new condition, you may exchange your it for a different size or colour. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you may still have to pay return shipping - depending on weight or postage distance etc.

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
