Instore
Currently, our store remains open, with normal business hours. Our team is fit and healthy. For the safety of our staff and customers, we request that if you feel unwell (fever, cough, sore throat, etc) or if you have recently returned from overseas, to give us a call, send us an email or start a live chat with our team via our website or Facebook/Instagram instead of coming in. As always, we’d be more than happy to help you out.
We’ve increased our regular disinfection strategy of the instruments on the floor. Should you come in-store and want to test an instrument, we ask that you sanitise your hands before you do. Testing of any mouth operated items (Microphones, Brass & Woodwind, etc) is being reduced until further notice.
Music Tuition continues as usual unaffected. As a general long-term custom, most tutors always stand or sit around 1.5m from the student in any one-to-one learning environment. Our tuition spaces are plenty big enough for two people under the governments one person per four square metres separation policy. All we ask is that you take advantage of our instore hand-washing and hand-sanitiser facilities (even a little on the face) before regular lesson times.
- Please don't come into the store in a group of more than 2 people
- Keep a safe distance (1.5 metres) away from each other and staff
- We have a maximum limit of 5 people in-store and in-tuition (2-per room) at any one time
- If you feel unwell (fever, cough, sore throat, etc) or if you have recently returned from overseas, STAY HOME! Give us a call, send us an email or start a live chat with our team via our website or Facebook/Instagram instead of coming in. As always, we’d be more than happy to help you out.
